Disney Princess Nails

Earlier this year, I wanted to do a series of Disney princess nails, so I began with the first Disney princess. I absolutely hate Snow White, but I wanted to be accurate with who I started with.
I don't remember what I used for the gold, but I think it's Rising Star by OPI. The blue is Dream by Zoya. The accent nail is Storm by Zoya and the tiny red bow is Blaze by Zoya.
Next was Cinderella. Again, I don't like her so much. I went for a more simple method this time. I used Kiss Me at Midnight by OPI. The stars are a sticker.

And Aurora nails! I still don't like Aurora (AKA Sleeping Beauty), but she is a classic. The pink is Paloma by Zoya. The crown is Rising Star by OPI....and I don't know what the gold is.

Finally! A princess I like! Ariel nails are Hazel by Zoya with scales made of Charla by Zoya. The red is Red Carpet by Sally Hansen.

Tell me I'm Frozen

Frozen was one of the best movies I have seen in a long time. It had romance, adventure, insanity, cuteness and great character development. I loved it. Disney hit a home run with that. I decided to do nails inspired by the movie. My friend Katolin did the same type of inspiration for her nails. However, I also decided to add inspiration from a song called 'Frozen' by Within Temptation. It's one of my favorite songs and I will add it below. Here are my nails.
The dark blue is Song by Zoya. I like the deep blue and I think it's a great base coat that isn't too distracting. The snowflake (snowflakes are HARD ok) was done with Purity by Zoya. The overcoat is Mosheen by Zoya. I can't say I LOVE these nails, but I am proud of them.

Week 5: Santa

OKAY, SO...Santa nails were so fun! The base is Red Pearl by China Glaze. The white tips were done with Purity by Zoya. The black band is the black Stripe Rite and the buckle is Rising Star by OPI. I LOVE how they came out.

Week 4: Snow

Hokay, these were a pain. The bottom layer is Song by Zoya and Back in my Gloria days by Nicole by OPI. The snow flakes are Purity by Zoya. I am aware some of them don't look like snowflakes, but dammit, my eyes hurt after the first nail. All in all, I do like them. Although I am not replicating them on the other hand. I'm crazy, not suicidal.
Did these an hour later. The red is Red Pearl by China Glaze and the green is Apple by Zoya. Again, the white is Purity by Zoya. No, the snowflakes don't look as good...but damn, they were fun! Enjoy!

Week 3: Gingerbread

Alright! Gingerbread is so fun! It's super fun when you don't really have brown. You have a dark gold that hasn't been used in years. It's Rising Star by OPI. Not bad though. The white is Purity by Zoya. Why is white polish always so thick and stringy? I hate it. The red is Red Pearl by China Glaze and the green is SaGreena the Teenage Witch by Wet n' Wild. I had a good time making these! They're so fun!

Week 2: Candy Canes

Trust me, this is the only nail worth showing. The others just look terrible. Anyway, I used Purity by Zoya for the base. The red was a stripper polish by Salon Perfect. The green is Apple by Zoya painted by one of my nail brushes. I decided I didn't like the white, so I added Diamonds by Sally Hansen as a topcoat.

December Week 1: Presents

Well, to start off the week, we have presents! Since it's my birthday this week, Kat from Eccentric Whims suggested presents to symbolize Christmas and my birthday! I started with a white base, Zoya's Purity to be exact. Then I added Stripe Rite's Ocean. To make the holly leaves, I used Zoya's Apple and the red berries are OPI's You Only Live Twice. I then put on Sally Hansen's Diamonds as a topcoat. I hate white nails because it makes my skin look so damn red.

Meanwhile, here's some other nail designs I've done:

This design was created using Back in my Gloria Days by Nicole by OPI and Zoya's Mosheen! It looks a lot nicer in person, trust me.

I never really liked Essie's colors, but I really like this one I got from Beauty First. It's called On A Silver Platter and it's gorgeous! It's also really tough. The base coat is called Ski Slope Sweetie by OPI.
